We enter a very spacious hall. Very nice is the wardrobe space so coats and shoes are not directly in sight. From the hall is further access to the meter cupboard, separate toilet, utility / laundry room, bathroom, three bedrooms and living room.
Upon entering the living room you immediately notice that there is a lot of natural light coming in. The many windows give a panoramic view of the surroundings. The walls (and ceiling throughout the house) are smooth plastered and the floor is a tough, yet chic marmoleum floor.
From the living room you can walk through to the kitchen. In terms of color, the kitchen is not something we see much every day, but the bold color makes the kitchen very special. And the maintenance condition of the kitchen is very good! Is the color not quite your thing, then it is a good consideration to have the doors painted/wrapped in your desired color. The kitchen is of course fully equipped, namely: fridge, oven microwave, 4 burner induction hob, dishwasher and extractor.
The balcony is located next to the kitchen and dining table on the southwest side of the building. The balcony is spacious enough for a nice garden set. If it is on the warm side, the screen provides the desired shade.
The bathroom was redone a few years ago and is completely up to date. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and a sink with cabinet. It is tiled to the ceiling and the radiator is ideal for hanging towels.
From the hall is also the 2nd toilet to reach, very nice for visitors.
In the technical area (utility room / laundry room) is the central heating boiler (renewed in 2021) located, as well as the mechanical ventilation unit. The washing machine and dryer connections are also in this room. And do you still need storage space? You still have plenty of room for that here!
The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are spacious enough for children's rooms, hobby rooms or workplaces. The master bedroom is very spacious and again has the wonderful view of the surroundings. Nice touch is the access from the master bedroom to the balcony.
